Terry replaced all faucets and sinks, kitchen food disposal, replaced shower valve unit, and rebuilt fill valve on toilets. I would recommend him for your plumbing needs. Quick and efficient

Needed emergency water heater replacement and Terry was great and got it all turned around in half a day, including some pipe rework to allow for better access to the tank and a better shut off valve for the gas. Professional the whole time and great to work with.

I was given this business to use by a plumber that my parents have used for years because they have the tools to help with main drain systems and bigger work. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the quality of work and the friendliness of the owner. He came to me as fast as he could on an emergency call and then came back later in the week to replace some things and finish the job. He is polite, professional, and efficient. He was extremely honest with me and even gave me different quotes for the job I needed done that helped suit my budget the best. I would highly recommend this business for anybody in Rochester, NY. Two thumbs up!

To be able to call into the void and get First-class service within just a few hours is uncommon these days, but Terry, the pro who responded to my call is now my Gold Standard, go-to guy. He was clean, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. Yes, I will recommend him to ANYBODY needing plumbing services. Oh, is he reasonable for his fees? I was pleasantly surprised. Really, as he left me needing nothing I have little left to write except, this: Do not think twice about Gartz Plumbing. They're the ONLY one's I'll ever need to call in the future.

Terry was able to come in and fix a leaking pipe in 20 minutes. I called several places looking for a plumber, Terry was the most responsive, professional, and quoted us cheaper than the competition! I will be using him exclusively for anymore of our office needs. Great service!
